Meet Our Founder
Tabi Abel is a Project Management Consultant and Electrical Systems Professional based in Limbe, Cameroon, who functions as both the Founder of WIT Ltd and a Project Manager for Eneo Cameroon. He specializes in bridging the gap between technical engineering and high-level business strategy, offering services that range from electrical installation and rural electrification to corporate governance and grant writing. His work focuses on transforming ideas into "structured, bankable projects," specifically within the energy and construction sectors, where he advocates for moving beyond simple task management to focusing on measurable business impact and operational readiness.
Academically backed by a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and an ongoing MBA from the University of Buea, Tabi employs a data-driven approach that includes Lean Six Sigma principles and his proprietary "F-Electricals" framework for feasibility studies. He actively promotes the philosophy of "starting smart" by identifying risks early, and he has been recognized for innovation with awards such as the APSA Challenge in Ethiopia. Through his consultancy, he mentors executive teams and partners with government bodies to drive sustainable growth, operating under the company motto, "We Dare to Lead."
